To search for an alternative number in the database follow the Search to find an alternative number link from the home page. From there you can enter a company name or phone number to search for. The best way to search is by entering a word or part word from the company's name. If it produces too many results, then enter a different word or use the Find facility in your browser to locate what you're looking for on the results page. If you require help finding an alternative, post in the Number Requests section of the forum.

When you find an alternative number that is not in the database, please submit it by selecting Click here to add a new alternative number from the home page. Once added, it will be available when a search is made and will appear in the unverified numbers table with the blue background.

Please only add entries that have a geographical or freephone alternative! Any that are added with only a non-geographical number (ie 0818, 1850, 1890) are deleted. Use the forum method if you require assistance.
